Goldberg: A Music Composition Assistant

The name Goldberg comes from two past Goldbergs:

• The Goldberg of Bach's Goldberg Variations, since our Goldberg is based on the idea of variations on a theme.
• Rube Goldberg, designer of bizarre and overcomplicated devices, since our Goldberg may have quite complicated and overwrought modules generating the variations.
